This will be brief. I am still here, very tired, emotional, and happy as a pig in shit. Have had little time over last two weeks. Sleep, train and eat. Question is are we on track?
Well I am pretty certain I am as fit as I have ever been. Does that mean of will translate into the perfect row? Let's hope so. Actually stuff hope. I know we will be as best prepared that we can.
For now we soldier on. Back into the zone. Discovery and challenge are what it's all about.

Recently during a workshop a group made a presentation in which they mentioned the term 'Sacred Cows'. The CEO of the organisation asked them at the end of their presentation, 'What do you think are our Sacred Cows?' As each of the member of the team began looking at each other, one member decided to speak up, 'We would have to take the fith on that one'.
What is it about not wanting to unearth assumtions, fears or home truths that stops individuals, team and organisations from breaking free of the shackles of the so called 'Sacred Cows' and ultimately changing the heard mentality that many become stuck in.
